I really liked the cap. The quality is excellent, and the box is beautiful and impressive. My only suggestion would be to place the box inside another protective shipping box, as it damaged during transit. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

The box came completely crushed and the hat was warped and bent in multiple areas. The hat itself looks great as far as the stitching and design. I’ve been trying to fix the hat but it’s too messed up. It looks completely lopsided when I put it on. I was really looking for to this hat a was completely disappointed with what arrived. If there is anyway I could exchange this one for one is good condition, that would be fantastic

I would like to provide a feedback on recent order. The shipment arrived in poor packaging. With a hat priced at $50, I would expect item package better that matched with the brand reputation. However, item box was damaged and hat shape is damaged, just like item came from Temu. This is the first item I ordered form your shop, and was going to recommend to my friend, but now I hesitate even ordering another one myself. I highly recommend your company quality check your shipping vendor to protect the item during shipping and maintain the quality.

Look I really love the hat I really do it's a really nice hat I love it but my problem is is that I tried getting in contact with you guys about the delivery company I delivered my hat and look how I got my package the Hat got kind of bent and I'm in the middle of fixing it still I'm not blaming you guys I'm just blaming the company that delivered it because look how they handled it

Ordered it on July 4th, tracking finally updated 30 days later, and finally arrived today on 08/17 to NorCal. The journey it went through was awesome, traveling all the way from Japan, you get the track it all the way home. Would buy from them again, the pictures don’t do justice, the box came in damaged but it protected the hats I ordered, the quality on these hats are insanely good. Worth the wait.

Overall hats are wonderful great quality build , box look nice for collection to storage your anime hats but the big issue is the packaging is bad the package come in a bag that make the package arrive destroyed with the hats damage that’s why I give 4 start if the y make a better package I would buy for them again

Real person, honest review I was Instagram targeted. The hat was so cheap that I said screw it and I’m so happy with it. The quality first of all is spectacular. It’s very well-made. It feels thick in a good way. It has weight behind it. It’s not a flimsy hat at all. It sits on my head perfectly. It doesn’t come down and touch my ears and everyone loves the hat, especially people that have never watched One Piece. Go New York Knicks.
The cap arrived in very poor condition, and the wait time was very long; the design and quality aren't bad, but I had to wait a long time, and as I said, it arrived in very poor condition.

The hat is beautiful! I bought it as a birthday gift for my brother, and he loved it. The quality is great, and it looks exactly as expected. The only downside was the condition of the packaging. The box arrived dented, and since the box is part of the presentation and tells a story, it took away from the overall experience. I recommend placing the hat's box inside a larger shipping box with bubble wrap or additional protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.
