10/10 experience and customer service. I was pretty sad with my first order, being that my items arrived damaged. But customer service was great!!! As soon as I reached out they answered quickly and provided me with replacement hats. The hats are AMAZING! The quality and Craftsmanship is incredible. Finally a DB hat that doesn't look cheap. Colors are accurate to the show which I appreciate. Comfortable fit and the fabric feels solid, only had it for about a week but so far it's holding up great. Big fan of the shenron design and can't wait to see their future dragon ball releases.
